Description
Case Management of Online Child Sexual Abuse (OCSA) is designed for frontline child protection workers, including social workers, counselors, teachers, and policymakers. These workers play crucial roles in managing cases related to children's online safety. The primary objective of this course is to strengthen knowledge and skills in case management, including the steps of case management, legal procedures, and practices in the context of OCSA.
The curriculum covers topics such as Introduction to Case Management, Principles, Elements, Legal Procedures, and Service Providers of Case Management, as well as risk assessment, reporting procedures, and developing safety plans for children at risk of online exploitation. Participants will also learn about case management steps, case assessment, intervention strategies, and service-provider collaboration. The course features interactive case studies, quizzes, and expert insights to create a dynamic learning environment that enables participants to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Participants who complete the course will receive an online certificate in case management related to Online Child Sexual Abuse (OCSA).
